ReplyDeleteHello Ms Lacey, this workout can be quite challenging considering the high number of reps. For a beginner, I would experiment with the number of reps. It should be challenging but you should also be able to finish the workout. I hope this helps!

ReplyDeleteIt is a regular push up but on the way up, push yourself off the ground with your arms and you would do that each time you came up
