    1. There are so many protein sources to choose from. It really comes down to the individual and what they are willing to each. Seafood is a good protein source and it is low in fat. White and dark meat is a good source of protein, make sure to remove the skin if you want less fat. Eggs, beef, pork, dairy, and protein shakes also provide a good source of protein.
